Excel Test Zone Parent Needs Survey – Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The offer

Eligible participants who complete and submit the Excel Test Zone Parent Needs Survey will receive one $30 AUD Pascal Press or Excel Test Zone promotional voucher. Participants will choose whether they want to receive a Pascal Press or Excel Test Zone voucher during form submission.

Pascal Press vouchers cannot be redeemed for freight or delivery charges.

The voucher is supplied free as part of a temporary promotional survey offer. It is not a prize draw.

One voucher is available per eligible person. Duplicate submissions, including submissions made using another email address, do not create an entitlement to an additional voucher.

2. Eligibility

The offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Pascal Press Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Offer period

The survey and voucher offer close at 11:59 pm AEST on 7 October 2026.

Submissions received after the closing time are not eligible for a voucher.

4. How to receive the voucher

To receive a voucher, an eligible participant must: a) complete and submit the survey in full; and b) provide their first name, last name and a valid email address in the final section.

Marketing consent is optional. Participants will receive their voucher whether or not they consent to marketing communications.

5. Voucher details

The voucher: has a value of $30 AUD; is unique and single use; is limited to one voucher per eligible person; is valid for 30 days from its date of issue; cannot be combined with another offer or discount unless expressly stated; is not transferable; is not redeemable for cash; has no activation, account-keeping or inactivity fee.

6. Voucher delivery

The voucher will be sent by email to the address provided in the survey within 7 days of submission. Participants are responsible for providing a valid and correctly entered email address and should check their junk or spam folder. If a voucher has not arrived within 7 days, the participant may contact Excel Test Zone support.

7. Privacy

Pascal Press Pty Ltd collects survey responses, first and last name, and email address to analyse feedback, administer the survey and deliver the voucher. If a valid email address is not provided, the voucher cannot be delivered.

Trusted service providers may process personal information on behalf of Pascal Press Pty Ltd to operate the survey and deliver the voucher, as described in the Excel Test Zone Privacy Policy.

Survey findings may be analysed and reported in aggregate but will not be published with a participant’s name.

Providing contact details for voucher delivery does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where appropriate consent or another lawful basis exists, and recipients can unsubscribe at any time.

8. General

The Promoter may verify eligibility and reject fraudulent, automated or duplicate submissions.

The Promoter may modify, suspend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. Any change will not reduce the value or validity of a voucher that has already been issued, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
